For electricians

Websites for electricians, built around proof and compliance.

Electrical work is bought on trust and certification, not urgency. We build sites that put your registration, your reports and your recurring landlord work front and centre. £20 a month, nothing upfront.

The electrical problem

Nobody hires an unverified electrician.

A blocked drain is an emergency. A consumer unit upgrade is a decision. Your customer has time to compare, and what they compare is not your design, it is whether you look properly qualified and insured.

That means your NICEIC or NAPIT registration, your Part P competence and your public liability cover are not small print. They are the single most persuasive thing on the page, and on most electricians' websites they are buried on an about page nobody reaches.

The second thing that gets missed is the recurring work. EICRs, landlord certificates and commercial testing are repeat revenue from customers who need you again every few years. Those searches are lower volume and far more valuable.

What we build into an electrician's site.

Built around how electrical work is actually bought, which is slower and more careful than most trades.

01

Credentials near the top, not hidden

Scheme registration number, Part P, public liability cover and any manufacturer accreditations. Visible on the homepage, not three clicks into an about page.

02

A page for the compliance work

EICRs, landlord electrical safety certificates, PAT testing and commercial periodic inspection. These are searched by name, usually by someone with a legal deadline, and they convert far better than generic pages.

03

Landlords and letting agents treated separately

A landlord with twelve properties is a different customer from a homeowner wanting a socket moved. Give them their own page and their own language and you win contracts rather than callouts.

04

EV charger installation given its own space

One of the fastest growing searches in the trade, and one where people compare three quotes. Worth a dedicated page rather than a line in a list.

05

Before and after photos that do the selling

A tidy consumer unit says more about your work than any paragraph. Phone photos are absolutely fine, and we will size and optimise them so they do not slow the site down.

06

A quote form that asks the right things

Property type, rough age of the wiring, how many bedrooms. Enough for you to price it roughly before you get in the van, without asking so much that people give up.

Worth knowing

The compliance searches are the quiet winners.

Everyone chases "electrician" plus their town. It is the most competitive term in the trade and often the least profitable, because it attracts small callouts and price shoppers.

Meanwhile "EICR" plus a town, or "landlord electrical certificate" plus a town, gets searched by someone with a legal obligation and a deadline. Fewer searches, far higher intent, and much less competition because most local electricians never built a page for it.

How we approach local SEO

Searches worth owning

  • EICR plus your town
  • landlord electrical safety certificate
  • consumer unit replacement cost
  • EV charger installation plus your town
  • rewire quote plus your town
  • commercial electrician plus your town
  • PAT testing plus your town

Questions electricians ask us.

The ones that come up on nearly every first call.

If you are happy on subcontract rates and fully booked, honestly, maybe not yet. Where it pays is when you want direct customers at direct prices, or when the contractor you rely on goes quiet. A site is how you stop being dependent on one source of work.

A dedicated page aimed at landlords, priced clearly per certificate, with turnaround times and your registration visible. Letting agents in particular want someone reliable and contactable rather than the cheapest, and they check you exist properly before they ring.

You do not have to, but it helps a great deal. Customers who have been stung before will check, and the ones who do not check are still reassured by seeing it. Only publish what is genuinely current, obviously.

Yes, and new pages are included in the monthly fee. Message us with what you want to add and it gets built. That is rather the point of paying monthly instead of by the hour.
