Terms of service
The short version: you pay nothing up front, £20 a month once your site is live, and your domain and content stay yours. The detail is below.

What you are buying
We design, build and launch a website for your business, then host, maintain and support it for a monthly fee of £20 including any applicable tax. There is no setup fee and no deposit.
When payment starts
Nothing is payable until your website is finished, approved by you and live. The first monthly payment is taken after launch and monthly from then on.
What the monthly fee includes
Hosting, an SSL certificate, backups, security and software updates, and reasonable content changes such as updating prices, opening hours, photos or service descriptions. Work beyond that, for example a new set of pages, an online shop or an advertising campaign, is quoted separately and only begins once you have agreed the price in writing.
What we need from you
To build your site we need the information and materials we ask for at the start, and your feedback on the draft within a reasonable time. If a project goes quiet for a long period we may pause it and pick it back up when you are ready.
Ownership
Your domain name, your content, your images and your brand belong to you throughout and after our work together. The underlying code and any templates or tools we use to build sites remain ours.
Cancelling
You can cancel your monthly service by telling us. Ask us for the current notice period before you sign up and we will confirm it in writing. On cancellation, hosting and support end and your domain is released to you or your new provider.
What we cannot promise
We build sites to rank and convert, and we are good at it, but nobody can guarantee a specific position in Google or a specific number of enquiries. Anyone who does is guessing. We will always give you an honest view of what is realistic.
Liability
We take reasonable care to keep your site online, secure and backed up. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, such as a hosting provider outage, a domain registrar issue or a change to a third party platform.
