Yes. £20 a month covers your website design and build, hosting, SSL security, backups, updates and ongoing support. There is no setup fee and no deposit. If you later add extras such as a paid ad budget or a full SEO campaign, we agree that with you in writing first. You will never see a charge you did not approve.
Because we are built for speed. We have refined the process so a professional site takes days instead of months, and we would rather look after a hundred businesses for years than charge one business five thousand pounds once. Low price, long relationship. That is the whole model.
Most sites are live within seven days of our first conversation. Larger sites with more pages or e-commerce take a little longer, and we will tell you the honest timescale up front rather than the one you want to hear.
About twenty minutes. We need to understand your services, your area and your ideal customer, plus your logo and any photos you already have. If you do not have photos or written content, that is fine. We write the copy and source the imagery for you.
Your domain name, your content and your brand are yours and always will be. We look after the build, the hosting and the maintenance for as long as you are with us. Ask us for the exact terms and we will send them in plain English before you commit to anything.
